Film Production Deadlines
Filmmaker Registration
May 15th - July 8th 2023
Super 8 Crash Course (Filmmakers attend one)
June 7th 6-9pm

Camera Check Out
Camera sign up will open at the first crash course and will be made available online for those that can't attend the crash course. You will be able to sign up for a camera for one week between June 25th to July 30th. If you sign up for the week of July 23rd or July 30th, there is no guarantee that your film will returned in time and you will still be accountable for meeting our deadlines.
Film Pick up is on Sunday from 6:30-8PM at The Stables (980 S Nebraska St, Seattle, WA)
Film Drop off must happen by 4PM the following Sunday. Camera returns happen at All City Coffee (1205 S Vale St, Seattle, WA 98108) during normal business hours..
Film Due for Processing
For filmmakers using GS8 cameras, we will collect your film when you return your camera. If you are using your own camera but are using GS8 film, we request that you return your film by July18th
Optional Sound Class

Film Submissions
Your Film submission(your digital video file with sound track appended) is due by August 19th. This year, we are using Film Freeway to manage GS8 film submissions. Submit your finished film via the Georgetown Super 8 Film Festival listing page.
